Job duties:

• Cultivate a mindset that truly puts customer’s wants & needs first
• Treat homes for termites in accordance with requirements from manufacturer, Clemson DPR, and company policy.
• Conduct CL100 inspections and document findings
• Apply Eco-friendly pest products to residential & commercial properties
• Complete daily reports for services rendered
• Effectively communicate by answering customer questions and addressing customer concerns
• Continually educate oneself on pest control best practices and attend training sessions
• Be willing to go above and beyond to satisfy customer’s pest control needs

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to occasionally go up on ladders
• Must be willing to take and pass a drug test
• Must be willing to submit to a background check
• Much of the work will be required to be completed in crawlspaces
• Must be comfortable working primarily outdoors in all types of weather conditions, e.g., rain, snow, cold and hot weather
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (Fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years)
• High School diploma or GED
• Must be able to keep up with a fast paced environment and be willing to adapt cheerfully to occasional changes in daily routine.

The position of Client Care Specialist is a client facing role. This person must have the ability to engage clients in a positive and professional way during the client support process. They must be willing to work in a team environment and have strong communication skills with clients and fellow employees.

The job responsibilities include managing and leading clients. The duties of this job will include maintaining the company service standards to provide a consistently superior client experience.

These tasks will vary in description and complexity and the Client Care Specialist will be crosstrained to be effective in all areas. The duties of this job will include working with clients that are new and existing to work through issues that they are experiencing.

The daily duties also include proactively reaching out to clients by calling and/or emailing to provide status updates to any issues that they are experiencing.
